V3 Talent Partners was created by Jason Van Voorhis, an experienced Recruiting Leader who spent most of his career at Google and Snap Inc. hiring Software Engineers at the most competitive level. Jason has excelled in building scalable hiring models, exceeding insane headcount goals, and has a deep understanding of the technical market trends. While at Snap Inc. he grew frustrated with agencies, specifically their lack of knowledge, commitment, accountability and execution with placements. Yes, we are experienced in handling both contingent and retained contracts.

IS IT MANDATORY FOR V3 TO SIT ON-SITE?

No, it is not mandatory for us to sit on-site. However, we do prefer to engage with your team on-site at some level, even if for a short period of time to help us better understand your business and team.

HOW LONG IS THE AGREEMENT?

V3 provides a customized solution to suit every clients’ needs, and each agreement will vary in duration dependent upon the project at hand.
